Activity 1: Defining Your Personal Brand
Laying the foundation for your 90-day success
Imagine this:
It’s your first day in a new change leadership role. You walk into a stakeholder meeting, and all eyes turn to you. They’re wondering: “Who is this person? Can I trust them to lead this change?”
You don’t have months to slowly build an image, first impressions happen in moments. That’s why your personal brand is where we start. It’s not just about how you see yourself; it’s how others experience your leadership, your credibility, and your value.
Why this matters in your first 90 days:
- Your brand shapes how quickly stakeholders trust and engage with you
- It guides your behaviour, decisions, and communication style
- It’s the foundation you’ll build on through every module — and every activity — in your 90-day plan
